Phil Stone is a graduate of The Shalem Institute Program – Leading Contemplative Retreats and Prayer Groups. He conducts retreats on contemplative prayer methods (Centering Prayer, Lectio Divina, etc…) and the saints and mystics (Thomas Merton, John of the Cross, Teresa of Avila, Julian of Norwich etc…). He has led retreats at Dominican Retreat, Benedictine Pastoral Center and Dayspring Retreat, all in the Washington DC area.
